fixes:

• Fixed node points from crates and enemies not giving the player actual points

additions:

• added a new frenzy weapon the “Lazer Chainsword” avalible in the act 1 weapon room
• added skill and node rewards for completing quest objectives
• added skill and node point objective displays that show the points you gain in real time.
